How Does the order window work? 

From January 22nd you will have until February 12th to place an order. At the end of that period production will start.

When and how will my order be delivered to me? 

Our goal and vision is to be as sustainable as possible.
Therefore all items will be ordered on-demand after order window closes, keeping the number of waste (over production) down.

At the end of the order window, production will start and you will receive your order to the nearest Access Point or Campus.

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 weeks after order window has closed.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation yet?

You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email soon after you have placed your order. Check your spam folder.

If no Order Confirmation have arrived within a day, please contact us.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect item in my order or if something is missing?

Please let us know asap if something in your order confirmation is incorrect.

What should I do if something in my order is damaged?

If something would be damaged upon arrival please contact our customer service as soon as possible for further information and instructions.

Would a parcel be damaged upon arrival.

Make sure to take pictures of the broken package/items and send it to us together with your message.
